On July 17, 2015, Runfar Group Board Chairman Teng Hexian (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Teng”) led a team to Sinopec Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals (hereinafter referred to as “Fushun Research Institute”) for a tour of observation. Runfar Group Investment Department’s General Manager Feng Zhihua, Shandong Kangcheng Company’s Board Chairman Wang Liqiang, General Manager Meng Xianwu and Sales Manager Tian Zhili accompanied the observation team.
Mr. Teng and his party were warmly welcomed by Fushun Research Institute’s Head Fang Xiangchen and other leaders. During the visit, Mr. Teng introduced Runfar Group’s general situation and history, expressed gratitude to the Institute’s support to Kangcheng Company. Fushun Research Institute’s Environmental Protection Station’s Head Li Baozhong introduced the Institute’s patented technologies, achievements, qualifications and social contributions in environmental protection field.
Mr. Teng expressed his hope and intention to have cooperation with Fushun Research Institute in related aspects, hoping to closely combine Runfar Group’s capital and market advantages with Fushun Research Institute’s R&D and technology advantages, so as to develop mixed ownership economy, complement each other’s advantages, realize mutual benefit and win-win results. Mr. Fang Xiangchen agreed with Mr.’s Teng’s strategic idea, hoping to explore close cooperation through gradual running-in.
