At 10:00, on June 12, 2015, an Investment Cooperation Agreement Signing Ceremony & the Inauguration of Beijing Derun Huitong Big Data Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, hereinafter referred to as “Derun Huitong Company”) were held in Runfar Group Headquarters’ Conference Room.
Runfar Group’s Board Chairman Teng Hexian, natural persons Liu Xiaoyue and Sun Kai signed an Investment Cooperation Agreement in warm applause, to officially set up Derun Huitong Company. Runfar Group’s Vice Presidents Cui Jinfu and Liang Tao, President Assistant and Chief Financial Officer Zhao Lizhu, Investment Department’s Feng Zhihua attended the signing ceremony.
Derun Huitong Company is devoted to and specialized in the equipment predictive maintenance techniques and services for industrial enterprises, etc. It has gathered Runfar Group’s capital strength, social connections, other capital contributors’ qualifications, technological strength, and carried their expectations. In the general trend that the state energetically strengthens work safety and promotes the development of “internet+” and other industries, Derun Huitong Company will ride the wind and break the waves to become the Group’s new business growth point.
