In the morning, on June 26, Hukou Company’s Gas Pipeline Relocation Solution Review Meeting was held in Jiujiang-Jingdezhen-Quzhou Railway Jiangxi Company’s First Section Department Meeting Room. This review meeting was organized by Jiujiang-Jingdezhen-Quzhou Railway Jiangxi Company. Hukou Company’s General Manager Zhu Shigan, General Manager Assistant Chen Jijun, Operation Director Zhang Bo, and staff from units in charge of construction and design attended the meeting on behalf of Hukou Company.
At 9:15 a.m. that day, Jiujiang-Jingdezhen-Quzhou Railway Jiangxi Company organized a review panel of 23 people composed of Jiujiang Municipal Office for Railway Work, China Railway 24th Bureau Group’s Project Department, Hukou County’s Office for Major Projects, Administration of Work Safety, and other railway construction units’ persons in charge to have a field reconnaissance at the relocation site, as well as a coordination and review meeting. With the care and support of provincial, municipal and county leaders, Hukou Company and railway departments had repeated communication, coordination, and reached a preliminary agreement in the end after times of discussions.
At the review meeting that day, Hukou Branch Company’s General Manager Zhu Shigan introduced the location of Hukou Company’s existing gas pipelines, the route and construction plan for the relocated gas pipelines to the participants in detail, saying the company would support railway construction. The review panel fully discussed Hukou Company’s design plan and construction plan for the relocated pipelines. They gave opinions and suggestions as to compliance of design with standards, formalities before construction, safety during construction, discussed and passed the solutions to all problems.
Through the participants’ thorough communication, the meeting made it clear the persons in charge and contact persons of all units involved in this project should have close communication and contact under the guidance of Hukou Company, with the cooperation of other units, under the supervision of related municipal departments. According to plan, the relocation of gas pipelines will be finished before Aug. 20.
