On the second day of the second lunar month, dragons wake up. On March 20, the day when spring returns and everything comes back to life, Siping Company of Oriental Gas held a “Welcome the Lunar New Year, Celebrate the Joyous Festival” Summary and Commendation Meeting for the Safety Month in the assembly room on the 1st floor. The meeting was presided over by Siping Company’s General Manager Assistant Gao Zhongbiao.

At the meeting, Siping Company’s Board Chairman Gu Shouzhong summarized the success of the Safety Month in depth, arranged the work in 2015 comprehensively, and commended advanced individuals who had outstanding performance in the Safety Month. Mr. Gu pointed out in this Safety Month, with the whole staff’s participation and every department’s cooperation, “5 Ones” activities including a gas safety knowledge training class, equipment maintenance skill training class, and emergency drill were carried out, which really improved the staff’s awareness of safety responsibility, proficiency in safe production and operation, ability to discover and handle potential safety hazards, and enhanced the company’s safe operation to a new level.

During the Safety Month, Siping City’s Deputy Mayor Zhang Kaiming led leaders of related departments in the Municipal Government to inspect and instruct Siping Company’s work. This was the first time for Siping Company to have municipal government leaders inspect and instruct its work since its establishment 4 years ago. It also is a major event in Siping Company’s development history. The Safety Month had good effects with the whole staff’s joint efforts. The company’s safe operation work, particularly it’s Safety Month, was appreciated and praised by Siping Municipal Government’s leaders.

In 2015, Siping Company will continue to promote the company’s institutionalization, standardization, and specialization, to enhance its overall construction to a new level. Meanwhile, Siping Company will reinforce its market development, control project quality strictly, speed up project progress, and bring about an upswing in 2015, to promote the company’s fast development.
