Runfar Group Held Chinese and Foreign Entrepreneurs Alliance’s 2015 Team Building & Coordination Conference

On March 10, 2015, Chinese and Foreign Entrepreneurs Alliance’s (hereinafter referred to as “the Alliance”) 2015 Team Building & Coordination Conference was held in the Group’s Conference Room. Runfar Group’s Board Chairman and the Alliance’s Chairman Teng Hexian (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Teng”), the Group’s Vice President and the Alliance’s Vice-chairman Cui Jinfu (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Cui”), the Group’s department heads, and the Alliance’s entire members attended this conference. The conference was presided over by Mr. Cui.

The conference officially appointed Gao Xuemin (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Gao’) as the Alliance’s Secretary-general, Chen Li and Liu Ying as the Alliance’s Deputy Secretary-generals. Mr. Gao gave an inaugural speech full of passion. He thanked Mr. Teng for the good opportunity and excellent platform he provided, saying he was under huge pressure, but still felt full of confidence, because he had faith in Mr. Teng, in the Group, in the Alliance’s existing staff and team’s quality; he believed on the new post he would do goods to the enterprises and everyone present in the new year.

After that, Mr. Teng gave a brilliant speech and pointed out the Alliance’s direction in work in future. He first thanked Mr. Gao and Ms. Chen Li’s support for the Group and the Alliance, and warmly welcomed their assumption of office. Then Mr. Teng made a series of arrangements and adjustments in the Alliance’s personnel, financial, administrative and cultural work. At last, he gave some guiding opinions on the Alliance’s work direction this year. He said the Alliance’s next main tasks should be developing members, strengthening its publicity, providing good aftercare services, planning more and richer group activities, so as to make proud achievements in the development in future.

At last, Mr. Cui said this conference was a milestone in the Alliance’s development history; questions like what the Alliance should do in the future, how to do and how to do better were discussed at the conference. He hoped everyone could follow the “packaging, publicity, service, development” principles put forward by Mr. Teng, keep improving themselves in their work, equip themselves with high quality, a strong will and a broad mind, to make the Alliance progress with each passing day and have qualitative leaps.
