The fourth China SME festival organized by the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and Dalian municipal government was grandly held in Dalian on October 30, 2010. Runfar Group was awarded one of “China’s Top 100 Innovative SMEs” with its excellent performance in the field of SME innovation, while Runfar Group Chairman of the Board Teng Hexian was awarded the honorary title "China SME Innovation Pioneer" and Vice Chairman of CPPCC Li Jinhua conferred the medal and certificate to Chairman Teng.
The fourth China SME festival themed on SME development path in post-financial crisis era---"innovation, transformation, low carbon and growth" got the strong support of National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Commerce and People's Government of Liaoning Province. During the event, 2010 Low Carbon Economy Financial Services Forum, International Conference of Excellent SME Service Providers and Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone SME Project Recommendation were held to show the innovative achievements of SME better, and meanwhile more than 1,000 delegators from the Mainland, Taiwan, Macao and Hong Kong discussed the growth path of SME.
Vice Chairman of CPPCC Li Jinhua said in his speech: “the Fifth Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the C.P.C was just concluded and had adopted the recommendations of Twelfth Five-Year Plan. Whether large or small, all enterprises must grasp the characteristics of the times and make a correct understanding of our country’s main objectives and tasks for economic and social development for the next five years. Meanwhile, Chinese SME Association Chairman Li Zibin noted that small and medium enterprises have to "learn and apply advanced management concepts, management methods and means to speed up the construction of information technology and make efforts to improve labor productivity and reduce production costs."
